Returning an item with us is very simple. Just visit our RETURNS PORTAL and enter your email and order number.
Importante: If you're contacting us about a damaged product, please write to us using our Contact Form, attach photos, and describe the issue. Wait for our Quality Department to assess your case and provide you with an appropriate solution.
Return Deadline
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your order.
Size Exchanges
Available for orders shipped to Spain, Portugal, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Poland, and the Netherlands.

One free size exchange per order. Make sure to select the free shipping option — otherwise, you will need to pay for the return shipping.

If a second exchange is needed, you’ll need to request a return (€19.99 fee) and place a new order.

For other countries: please process a return and place a new order for the new size.

Returns must be handled by the customer, using the courier of your choice. All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Spain. You can find the address and detailed instructions in our Returns Portal.
Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive an email with information to complete the return process.
Please note that since this return is not handled by Kalk, we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages or delays caused by the courier. We strongly recommend that you keep your proof of postage.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method

Spain & Portugal: Return label provided for €5.99. You may also choose to arrange the return yourself.

Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Poland, Netherlands: Return label provided for €14.99. You may also choose to arrange the return yourself.

UK: We provide the return label and handle customs clearance. A €20 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.

Rest of Europe: Customer must handle and pay for return shipping. Full instructions are available in the Returns Portal.

Rest of the World: Customer is responsible for return shipping. A €15 administrative fee applies for customs clearance.
Before Sending Your Return, Please Keep in Mind:

Only 2 items per order may be returned without extra charge. For each additional item, a fee of €2 will be applied.

Hygiene policy:

No returns or exchanges on bikini bottoms, swimsuits, piercings, ear cuffs, earrings, or face masks.

Bikini items must retain original hygienic stickers/protectors.

Promotional items (e.g. 2-for-1) must be returned in full to receive a refund.

If your order included a free gift, it must be returned; otherwise, its value will be deducted from your refund.

Returns with unpaid customs fees will be rejected. The customer is responsible for these costs.
Processing Times
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving and validating your return at our warehouse.

We want your shopping experience to be excellent, so we take the time to ensure that every product is in top condition. To make sure your return is processed correctly and without penalties, we ask you to protect the original product packaging and not place labels or tape directly on it. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, including all accompanying items (such as stickers, cloths, protective cases, etc.), the item may be subject to depreciation.
