Returns Policy

Returning an item with us is very simple. Just visit our RETURNS PORTAL and enter your email address and order number.
Important: If you are contacting us regarding a damaged product, please write to us through our Contact Form, attach photos and describe the issue. Please wait for our Quality Department to evaluate the case in order to offer you an appropriate solution.

You may return bikini or swimsuit tops or bottoms individually. Up to 2 swimwear pieces can be returned without penalty. From the third piece onwards, a fee of €2 per additional item will be charged.

Return Period

Products purchased from Kalk may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Size Exchange

Available for orders shipped to Spain, Portugal, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.

  • One free size exchange per order. Please make sure to select the free shipping option; otherwise, a return label will not be generated and you will need to cover the shipping costs.

  • If you need a second exchange, you will have to proceed with a return (with a cost of €11.97 for Spain and Portugal / €19.99 for the rest) and place a new order with the correct size.

  • For other countries: please process a return and place a new order for the replacement size.

Refund Options

1. Gift Card + 15% Extra Bonus

This is ideal if you want to exchange items for others without paying return fees. You will receive a gift card with the value of your return plus an extra 15%, which can be used on our website for 1 year. Additionally, the return shipping is free for the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.

2. Refund to original payment method

  • Spain and Portugal: Return label for €5.99. You may also choose to organise the return yourself.

  • Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Netherlands: Return label for €14.99. You may also choose to organise the return yourself.

  • United Kingdom: We provide the return label and handle customs clearance. €20 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Rest of Europe: The customer must manage and pay for the return shipping. Full instructions are available in the Returns Portal.

  • Rest of the world: The customer is responsible for return shipping. A €15 customs handling fee will be deducted from your refund.


Before sending your return, please note:

  1. When purchasing bikini or swimsuit tops or bottoms, from the 2nd piece onwards, an additional fee of €2 per item will be charged.

  2. All items must:

    • Not be worn.

    • Be in perfect condition.

    • Be in their original packaging, including protection items such as cloths, pouches, stickers, etc.

  3. Returns must include the return receipt provided by email.

  4. Do not place shipping labels directly on product boxes.

  5. Products not returned in their original condition or packaging may be rejected or subject to deduction:

    • Missing shipping box: €5.

    • Missing items (e.g., sticker, cloth, case): €3 each.

  6. Hygiene policy: Bikini items must retain their original hygiene stickers/protectors. For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned: piercings, earrings, ear cuffs and/or masks.

  7. Promotional items (e.g., 2x1) must be returned in full to receive a refund.

  8. If your order included a gift, it must be returned; otherwise, its value will be deducted from your refund.

  9. Returns with unpaid customs fees will be rejected. The customer is responsible for these costs.

Processing Times

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving and validating your return at our warehouse.

At KALK we care deeply that all our products reach our customers in perfect condition. That’s why we carefully inspect each return before reselling any items. We ensure they have not been used or damaged, so they always reach the next customer as new.

We want your shopping experience to be excellent, and that’s why we take the necessary time to guarantee that all our products are in optimal condition. To ensure your return is processed correctly and without penalties, we kindly ask that you protect the product’s original packaging and do not place labels or adhesive tape directly on it. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, with all the elements it originally included (such as stickers, cloths, protective covers, etc.), the item may incur a depreciation.
