TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order on Kalk, you are subject to these terms and conditions in full.
To make a purchase, access our services or benefit from our promotions on Kalk, you must be over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to contract. It is mandatory to complete the registration form in full. By placing an order, you agree that all data you provide to us are true and accurate. Kalk reserves the right to refuse or exclude any customer who does not meet these requirements.
BUYING AT KALK
Users must complete all required fields on Kalk to make a purchase.
All prices shown are final prices and expressly include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. The user will have access at all times to detailed information about the price of the product.
Acceptance of these conditions implies agreement with the product, its features and its price.
All orders require acceptance of the prices and product features as set out in the product description.
If any product is unavailable, Kalk will notify the customer as soon as possible, cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
All our products carry a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear. For proper care of your Kalk products, please follow the advice in our Jewellery Care guide.
In the event of a defective product, the seller shall proceed with repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract; these actions shall be complementary for the consumer and user. This free-of-charge remedy will include the costs necessary to correct the lack of conformity of defective products, especially S&H expenses, as well as those related to materials and labour.
The seller shall be liable for lack of conformity due to defective product that may appear within 14 days from delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within 14 days from when they noticed it.
Before the customer and user are bound by any distance contract, off-premises contract or corresponding offer, Kalk will provide the necessary information on the existence of after-sales assistance for the customer and user, after-sales services and commercial guarantees, as well as their conditions.
PRODUCT PRESENTATION
Kalk undertakes to display and describe products as accurately as possible.
Kalk disclaims all liability in the event of any error, mistake or omission in such presentation. The photographs used to illustrate and complement product descriptions are not part of the contractual obligations.
PAYMENT
All orders must be paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard) or via a PayPal account.
Kalk will never store users’ card details or banking data on its server. The use of payment data or instruments belonging to third parties is not permitted.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Kalk will use all means at its disposal to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted via the website and on www.kalkstore.com.
Likewise, the payment platform uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security protocols.
PRE-ORDERS
At Kalk you can reserve items that are not yet available by purchasing the item you want as usual and taking into account the estimated shipping date. The order will be shipped once the reserved item is ready.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will only be shipped once all items are available.
You can identify items available for pre-order by the estimated shipping date message on their page. The return period for orders containing reserved items will start once the order is received.
SHIPPING
- Our orders have an estimated delivery time of 24–72 hours (for Spain and Portugal; see the table below for other countries). The estimated delivery time may be affected if your order contains pre-sale products or during promotional periods (such as Sales, Black Friday, Christmas…).
- Orders shipped to Mexico will be dispatched once a week with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 14 business days.
- Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using the “Order Tracking” section by entering your email and the order number provided in your order confirmation email.
- For shipments to Spain, the courier company responsible for the distribution and transport of all our orders is Correos. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to arrange a time that best suits your preferences. If delivery cannot be made in any case, your order will be deposited for collection at your local post office.
- Any order showing signs of damage, tampering, or having been opened must be refused by the customer at the time of delivery and reported via our Contact Form. If the order cannot be refused at that time, the customer must file a claim with the carrier on the same day of delivery or, at the latest, within 24 hours, attaching clear photos showing the condition of the shipment.
Without the required documentation, the claims process cannot be initiated. - Inside the package you will find each of the items in its respective packaging; typically, each piece is individually packed.
- Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional duties and taxes, which in all cases will be borne by the buyer. At Kalk we undertake to complete the procedures by preparing the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs management.
- Below you will find a chart showing shipping costs and delivery times for each country. Please note that free shipping will not apply if the total of your order does not reach the minimum amount required for free shipping once a discount or promotion is applied.

Customs & International Shipping
Orders are shipped from Spain and may be subject to Customs Duties or Tariffs, determined by the destination country.
The customer is responsible for paying these charges and collecting the order on time. If these steps are not completed, the parcel may be held, abandoned or destroyed.
In the event of voluntary non-collection or failure to pay duties and taxes, the order will not be refundable under any circumstances. In such a case, the brand is exempt from any obligation to refund or reship.
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Commission and the Spanish Civil Code (Articles 1091, 1254, 1258 and 1461), the right of withdrawal shall not apply if the customer has not received the product due to reasons attributable to them, such as refusal of delivery or failure to pay the duties required for delivery.
In any of these cases, shipping costs will not be refunded. If the order benefited from a free-shipping promotion, the equivalent of the standard shipping costs according to the destination country will be deducted from the refundable amount.
RETURNS POLICY
Returning an item with us is very simple. Just visit our RETURNS PORTAL and enter your email address and order number.
It is permitted to return bikini or swimsuit tops or bottoms separately.
Up to 2 swimwear pieces can be returned without penalty. From the third piece onwards, the customer will be charged €2 per additional piece.
Important: If you contact us about a damaged product, please write to us via our Contact Form, attach photos and describe the problem. Please wait for our Quality Department to evaluate your case and provide an appropriate solution.
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return your order.
SIZE EXCHANGE
Available for orders shipped to Spain, Portugal, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Poland and the Netherlands.

One free size exchange per order. Make sure to select the free-shipping option; otherwise, a return label will not be generated and you will need to bear the shipping costs.

If you need a second exchange, you will have to request a return (cost of €11.97 for Spain and Portugal / €19.99 for the rest) and place a new order with the correct size.

For other countries: please process a return and place a new order for the new size.
REFUND OPTIONS
1. Gift Card + 15% Extra Bonus
Ideal if you want to exchange items for different ones without paying return costs. You will receive a gift card for the value of your return plus an additional 15%, to use on our website for 1 year. In addition, return shipping is free for the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.
2. Refund to the original payment method

Spain and Portugal: Return label for €5.99. You can also choose to organise the return yourself.

United Kingdom: We provide the return label and handle customs clearance. €20 administrative fees will be deducted from your refund.

Rest of the world: The customer is responsible for return shipping. €15 customs handling will be deducted from your refund.

Hygiene policy: Bikini garments must retain their original hygiene stickers/protectors. For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned: piercings, earrings, ear cuffs and/or masks.

Promotional items (e.g., 2 for 1) must be returned in full to receive a refund.

If your order included a gift, it must be returned; otherwise, its value will be deducted from your refund.

Returns with unpaid customs fees will be rejected. The customer is responsible for these costs.
Refund Processing Times
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving and validating your return at our warehouse.
Our Commitment
At KALK, we care that all our products reach our customers in perfect condition. That’s why we carefully inspect every return before putting items back on sale. We make sure they have not been used and show no damage, so they always reach the next buyer as new.
We want your shopping experience to be excellent, and that’s why we take the necessary time to ensure all our products are in the best condition. To ensure your return is processed correctly and without penalties, please protect the product’s original packaging and do not place labels or adhesive tape directly on it. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, with all accompanying elements (such as stickers, cloths, protective cases, etc.), the item may be subject to depreciation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer and user shall have the right to cancel the order placed remotely without giving any reason, for a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from correct receipt of the product.
For hygiene reasons, this does not apply to the following products: piercings, earrings, ear cuffs and/or masks.
Once the item has been received and the return has been approved and authorised, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount for the product(s) to be returned will be paid by the same payment method used (unless the consumer has expressly provided otherwise and provided the consumer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund). The total purchase amount will be reflected in your account within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the moment you receive the return confirmation email and depending on each bank’s conditions.
The product must be returned in perfect condition and without having been used beyond what is necessary to verify its good condition and proper functioning.
All shipping costs corresponding to the return process shall be borne by the customer.
To proceed with the withdrawal, we recommend that you register via our contact form and follow the instructions indicated there.
In any case, we recommend that you keep proof of delivery.
Use a mailing envelope, bag or paper to protect the box containing the items to be returned and we recommend that you do not place the return label directly on the boxes, as it would be impossible for us to reuse them.
Cancellation
Each order placed on Kalk can be cancelled within 24 hours from the date of purchase through our Returns Portal. The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase and will be completed within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
LIABILITY
Kalk undertakes to transfer your order as quickly as possible to the selected transport agency. However, Kalk cannot be held responsible for: damage resulting from transport malfunctions, especially for reasons such as industrial action, traffic congestion and, in general, any other sector-typical reason leading to delays, loss or theft of the selected product; for technical failure, accidental causes or any other type that may prevent the normal operation of the service via the Internet; for unavailability of the Site due to maintenance or other reasons that prevent the user from accessing the Service. Kalk will use all available means to provide the selection, payment and shipping process of the desired product. However, Kalk disclaims any liability for causes attributable to third parties, fortuitous circumstances and force majeure situations.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All information contained on the website, as well as the design, graphic layout and code used, is protected by copyright and other protective rights contained in Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April, approving the revised text of the Intellectual Property Law. These rights belong exclusively to Kalk or its licensors; therefore, any act of reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication, as well as any kind of assignment of all or part of the website’s content—and, in general, of any object that under current law may be protected by intellectual property laws—is expressly prohibited.
