Returning an item with us is very simple. Just visit our RETURNS PORTAL and enter your email and order number.
(If you're contacting us about a damaged product, please write to us using our Contact Form, attach photos, and describe the issue. Wait for our Quality Department to assess your case and provide you with an appropriate solution.)

Items purchased from Kalk can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

• SPAIN, PORTUGAL, BELGIUM, FRANCE, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, GERMANY & THE NETHERLANDS:

  • EXCHANGES: Need a different size? No problem! Select the new size you want from those available in our returns portal and we’ll ship it to you. The first size exchange for the same order is FREE. Be sure to choose the free shipping option — otherwise, no return label will be issued and you’ll need to cover the return shipping yourself.
    If you need a second exchange, you’ll have to request a return (return fees: €11.97 for Spain and Portugal / €19.99 for Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, and the Netherlands), and then place a new order for the correct size.

  • GIFT CARD: With this option, return shipping is FREE. You'll receive a gift card for the value of the returned items plus a 15% bonus, which you can use on our website within 1 year. This option is ideal if you'd like to exchange your items for something different without paying return shipping costs.

  • REFUND: We’ll issue a refund to the original payment method used at checkout. A return handling fee of €9.99 (Spain and Portugal) or €14.99 (Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, and the Netherlands) will be applied if you choose to use our return label.

• EU COUNTRIES:

Returns must be handled by the customer, using the courier of your choice. All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Spain. You can find the address and detailed instructions in our Returns Portal.
Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive an email with information to complete the return process.

Please note that since this return is not handled by Kalk, we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages or delays caused by the courier. We strongly recommend that you keep your proof of postage.

• UNITED KINGDOM (UK):

We will provide you with a return label. A €20 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund to cover customs clearance procedures.

• REST OF THE WORLD:

Returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer. A €15 administrative fee will apply due to customs clearance procedures.


Before sending anything back, please keep in mind:

  1. Promotional items (e.g. 2-for-1 / 3-for-2 deals, free gifts) must be returned in full to receive a refund.

  2. Hygiene restrictions: We do not accept returns or exchanges for bikini bottoms, swimsuits, piercings, ear cuffs, earrings, or face masks.

  3. Print and include your return slip (you’ll receive this by email after confirming your return in our portal) inside the package to ensure proper processing.

  4. Protect your return using appropriate packaging. Do not stick any labels directly onto the original product box.

  5. Condition matters: Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Returns that don’t meet these requirements will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

  6. Processing time: Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving and validating your return at our warehouse.

At KALK, we care deeply that all our products reach our customers in perfect condition. That's why we carefully inspect each return before putting items back on sale. We ensure that they haven’t been used or damaged so they always feel new to the next customer.

We want your shopping experience to be excellent, so we take the time to ensure that every product is in top condition. To make sure your return is processed correctly and without penalties, we ask you to protect the original product packaging and not place labels or tape directly on it. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, including all accompanying items (such as stickers, cloths, protective cases, etc.), the item may be subject to depreciation.

The following amounts will be deducted from your refund if applicable:

  • Shipping box: €5
  • Other items (stickers, protective case, cleaning cloth, etc.): €3 per missing item.
  • Orders that benefited from a 2x1 promotion or a gift item must be returned in full to receive a refund.
